With a broadband Internet connection, I can connect remotely to your computer to diagnose and repair many software related problems. To get started, go to this link: https://www.anyviewer.com/individual.html. Click “Download Freeware.” Run the program and install. Once it opens: Call, text or e-mail me with the “Accept Control” Device ID (a 9 digit number) and Temporary Service Code that comes up on the left hand side. I will then create the remote session and connect to your computer. (This is a one-time, safe & secure connection.)
